Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first at gothedistance.store@gmail.com. Please note that all PRODUCT returns will need to be sent to the following address shown on the packing slip: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019
Our products are printed, processed, and shipped on-demand through Printful, and we and our customers must adhere to their returns policy as well.
Because we use on-demand printing we DO NOT allow free exchanges for products simply based on fit or size. Please be sure to view the provided product size guidelines on each product. We do not manufacture the original products, sizes and colors may vary and can change after washing. Exchanged items will be returned and refunded and then will need to be reordered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Returns / Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at gothedistance.store@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at gothedistance.store@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at gothedistance.store@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
